This has been a really fun summer for the kids! My sister moved into a house about a mile from us, so they have been spending a lot of time here swimming and hanging out. And amazingly, they are all getting along! Sometimes that cousin realationship can be challenging, especially when there is some age difference. But, lately it’s been pretty peaceful around here and it has been so nice since the summertime boredome that has set in big time around here. We decided to do some pictures for my mom, (she’s the lady that has EVERYTHING). Now, you would think that it would be fairly easy to get the kids together, dressed, faces washed, hair combed, matching shoes, etc. – ummmm, it wasn’t! lol! Let’s just say, we didn’t get the perfect group picture, but we did get some keepers. My favorite . . .
I really like this one, but Cortlyn was late getting home, so we are missing a kid!
Once Cortlyn showed up, Livi was pretty much done. This what we got when we tried to have her sit . . . (Oh, by the way, she’s 2 ;o)

We had a huge storm blow through later that night. I caught this just as the sun was setting. I didn’t do anything to this picture (in photoshop) – cool, huh?
